How do I delete unwanted items from my order?
To remove unwanted items from your order, go to the order page at
www.yourticketzone.com/cart.aspx
and click the "X" to the right of the item you wish to remove. To alter a quantity, please enter the correct qty and click the "Update Cart Sub-Total" button.

Why am I unable to complete my order?
If you are proceeding to the checkout and you are redirected back to the "Login" page it is likely because you DO NOT have "cookies" enabled in your browser. This is common for most e-commerce application and can be corrected by adjusting your browser settings to ALLOW COOKIES.

Why am I getting a message that my credit card cannot be processed?
Please confirm that your billing address matches the address on the account for your credit card. This is necessary for the card verification process. ALSO please confirm that you have entered your credit card information correctly... the card number, expiry date and the correct CCV number.
PLEASE also note that some corporate credit cards & corporate government credit cards have restrictions on which vendors the cards can be used with. If you are finding that you order is not processing, please IF POSSIBLE, try another credit card.

How do I access the real-time sales reports?
Please click the "real-time sales report" link under the "sell tickets" tab at the top of the page. You will be prompted for your login information and after successfully logging in will be presented with a listing of your events and the real-time sales numbers. Please note if your event does not show up this indicates that there have been no sales to date.

How do I get my tickets?
There are two ways to print your tickets, firstly you will receive an e-mail containing your bar-coded tickets which can be printed and presented at the event and secondly you can log into the "my account" area... click the order relating to the ticket... and print the tickets from the print ticket button.

What should I expect after I complete my order?
Immediately following successful completion of your order you will receive two e-mails. The first e-mail will be an order confirmation and will serve as your receipt and the second e-mail [if you ordered tickets] will contain your bar-coded quick tickets. Simply print your ticket e-mail can present at the event.

Why are my tickets not printing properly?
If you order more than one ticket it is advisable to print your tickets from within the "my account"... "orders" section. This causes your tickets to open up in a browser window and will print the tickets most accurately with correct page breaks in between the tickets. Because of the varying standards for different e-mail client applications is not always predictable how the e-mail will print out when you have multiple tickets embedded within the e-mail.

What will show up on my credit card statement?
Please note that your credit card statement will show a charge from YourTicketZone.com. We ask that you make note of this to avoid confusion when your credit card statement arrives.

If you started in order by adding an item to your cart you can view your card details at any time by clicking the "view current order" link on the left-hand side of the page below the search box.

Is there any cost to sell tickets with YourTicketZone.com?
There is no cost whatsoever to sell your tickets with us. We simply apply a service charge to the ticket which is paid by the ticket purchaser. There are no setup costs or minimum fees whatsoever.

How long does it take once I submit a ticket listing for the event to get set up and be active?
It usually takes 24 to 48 hours for an event to be set up once it has been submitted. Many times however events are set up almost immediately.
